There is a customers only area for those looking to get detailed information about the TAG Transaction Switch.

Telephone Support
For those needing an immediate response or more detailed information about a particular problem, we offer telephone based support for $125 / incident. To take advantage of this, send an email to

Professional Services
TAG Business Tools also offers Professional Services for all of our products. This includes integration with your back-end system, help with planning your implementation, or installation support on unsupported operating systems or configurations.
