Multi Processor TAG Transaction Switches patent pending

The high speed versions of the Tag Switch can be run across multiple machines. In a typical configuration, shown below,  one machine is dedicated to outbound traffic, one to inbound traffic and a third to the Transaction Database. The inbound and outbound switches share the transaction database so they operate as a single switch. That is , message acknowledgements received by the inbound machine are seen by the outbound Message Handler.

Maximum outbound message volume is 10,000 documents/hr. This version includes an integrated transformer that converts files as they move in and out of the either Switch. This system requires 3 servers for Inbound, Outbound and the Transaction Database respectively.  We recommend each server have a Pentium IV @ 3.0 GHz with 1Gig memory, direct Internet connection for Inbound and Outbound machines, Windows 2000 or XP Server. The Inbound and Outbound machines must be networked to the machine running the Transaction database.
